1. Can I register or renew my S Card on Members Day?
Yes, you may renew your S Card at the Application Counters at our entrances.
2. How much is the membership fee on Members Day?
The membership fee during these two days is RM12 for 2 years instead of the normal RM24.
3. I’ve lost my S Card but my membership is still valid, how can I get a replacement on Members Day?
You may get a replacement card at Customer Service Centre, 7F for just RM5. Please see our staff at the Application Counter at our entrances for a ‘Temporary Pass’.
4. Is it true that the Members Day invitation is extended to Maybank, BIG Card and BONIA cardholders?
Yes, invitation is also extended to Visa, Mastercard and Amex credit cards issued by Maybank, BIG Card and BONIA Card. However, please note that some promotions such as Rebate & Cosmetic Coupons are only limited to S Card Members.
5. Is the invitation extended to any other cardholders?
Yes, you can enter the store with the BIG or Bonia card. However, please note that some promotions such as Rebate and Cosmetics Coupons are only limited to S Card Members.
1. Where do I claim my Cosmetics or Rebate coupons and parking rebate?
You can get your coupons and parking rebate at 7F, Customer Service. Parking rebates can also be claimed at all the Application Counters at the Entrances during our Members Day sale.
2. Can I redeem my Birthday Gift on Members Day?
You can redeem your Birthday Gift at Customer Service Centre, 7F. Alternatively, you can redeem it with your receipt(s) at a later date before the Birthday Gift Coupon expires.
3. Can I redeem my Rebate/Cosmetic Coupons after Members Day?
Normally, receipts are valid for redemption on the day of purchase only. If our counters are too busy for you on Members Day, you may request for a ‘Hold Over Slip’ from our Customer Service Centre, 7F. With that, you may do your redemption within 14 days.
1. Can we perform gift wrapping on Members Day?
No, we are afraid gift wrapping services are not available on Members Day.
2. Can we pay our merchandise on other floors?
With the exception of our Food Hall (LG), all merchandise can be paid on other floors. Please however, help to ensure that all items have price tags on them to make it a speedy process!
3. Where do I return my previously purchased goods?
Goods may be returned within 14 days of purchase at our Customer Service Centre, 7F. However if you purchased them on the same day, just return them to the same cashier you purchased it from.
4. Can I buy the Supermarket S-Price items at Members' Price during the Members Day?
Yes, please produce S Card and inform the Cashier that the item you are buying is an S-Price item.
1. I’m bringing my children with me, is there a place where they can be minded while I am shopping?
Yes, just drop them off at our Starz Garden, 7F for a small fee and shop at ease.
