A membership fee of RM24 is chargeable for a 2-year membership. Renewal fee is RM24 or 2,400 S-Points for a 2-year membership.
You can request for a replacement card at a fee of RM5 or 500 S-Points. The replacement fee will be waived if you provide a Police Report indicating theft or robbery.

The KL SOGO Rebate Coupons are available in denominations of RM10 and RM50.
Every RM1 spent at KL SOGO earns you 1 point except for supermarket purchases which earn you 1 point for every RM2 spent. (Purchases at Customer Service Centre (7F), Customer Service Counters (GF and LGF), Food Hall (LGF), tenanted outlets such as D’Cutz, Eiko Watch, ESH Electrical, Hand Point, Pure Pharmacy, Poh Kong, Solar Time (5F), Techniwell, Tokyo Megane, Takasima, UNIQLO, food outlets, restaurants, café, entertainment and other tenanted outlets, delivery charges, repairs and service charges are EXCLUDED).

When you redeem your gift, we advise that you check it thoroughly and return any damaged or faulty goods immediately. Alternatively, faulty or damaged goods should be returned within 7 days from the date of redemption. Any returns after this period will not be entertained.
