What is the S Card?

The S Card is a Membership and Rewards program operated by SOGO (K.L.) Department Store Sdn Bhd (KL SOGO). With the S Card, you earn points when you shop at KL SOGO, redeem gifts with your S Points, enjoy discounted prices and promotions and stay updated with the latest promotions.

• S-Points will be credited into Referrer's S Card account upon registration.
• Each member may introduce up to 5 new members per calendar year.
• Referrer's S Card number must be stated on the application form at MGM column upon registration. No back-dated reference will be entertained.

How do I sign up?

You can apply by submitting your Application Form at S Card Service Centre located on the 7th Floor of KL SOGO.

Is there a fee when applying for the S Card?

A membership fee of RM24 is chargeable for a 2-year membership. Renewal fee is RM24 or 2,400 S-Points for a 2-year membership.

What happens if my card is damaged, lost or stolen?

You can request for a replacement card at a fee of RM5 or 500 S-Points. The replacement fee will be waived if you provide a Police Report indicating theft or robbery.

Can I apply for a Supplementary card?

Yes. Every Principal membership entitles you to a complimentary Supplementary card.

Can I still collect S-Points if I have lost or did not bring my S Card?

No. You are required to present your S Card prior to any payment to collect your S-Points. Backdated receipts are not valid. Please have your lost card replaced prior to any purchase.

How can I check my S-Points balance?

You can check with our Customer Service representative at our Customer Service Counters on Ground Floor or 7th Floor of KL SOGO or call our Customer Service toll-free line at 1300-88-SOGO (7646).

You will also receive a statement periodically summarising your points balance and any redemptions made.

Will my S-Points expire?

Each S-Point will expire after 24 months from the month it was earned.

What can I redeem?

We have a wide variety of Rewards redeemable with specified number of S-Points. You can view the Reward selections here.

Can I exchange my S-Points for cash?

No. S-Points are not exchangeable for cash. We have a reward option of Rebate Coupons redeemable against purchases at any department in KL SOGO.

How do I earn points?

Every RM1 spent at KL SOGO earns you 1 point except for supermarket purchases which earn you 1 point for every RM2 spent. (Purchases at Customer Service Centre on the 7th Floor, Food Hall on the LG Floor, 6th – 8th Floors, all restaurants, café & food outlets, delivery charges, repairs & service charges and tenanted outlets such as Best Denki, Pure Pharmacy, Solar Time, etc. are EXCLUDED)

There will be special promotions from time to time which offer more points per RM1 spent. Be sure to keep a lookout for them here.

Can a Supplementary cardholder make redemptions?

No. Only Principal cardholders are entitled to redeem.

How do I make a redemption?

Come to our Customer Service Centre located on the 7th Floor of KL SOGO or call our Customer Service 1300-88-SOGO (7646). You are required to produce your Identification Card for verification.

The redemption gift I want is out of stock, what can I do?

If a particular redemption gift is currently out of stock, we can reserve the item for you and notify you when it is ready for collection.

Can I collect S Points at participating external merchants?

No. S-Points are only earned for purchases at KL SOGO.

Can I reserve a redemption item if I don’t have sufficient points to redeem it?

No. Please also note that S-Reward items are available on a ‘while stocks last’ and ‘first-come-first served’ basis.

Do Principal and Supplementary cards share the same S-Points?

Yes. S-Points earned by the Principal and Supplementary card are accumulated in a single account.

Can you mail my redemption gift to me?

At this moment we do not offer mailing services for redemption items, but keep a lookout for our latest news when this service will be available.

What do I do if my redemption gift is damaged or faulty?

When you redeem your gift, we advise that you check it thoroughly and return any damaged or faulty goods immediately.

Alternatively, faulty or damaged goods should be returned within 7 days from the date of redemption. Any returns after this period will not be entertained.
